Gerard Eldering

President

Prior to founding InnovateTech, he founded and served as Director of the Technology Transfer Office (TTO) at The MITRE Corporation. During his eight year tenure in the MITRE TTO he completed more than 150 licenses and facilitated the creation of four startups.

Gerard holds a B.A. in Physics, an M.B.A. and is a registered patent agent. He serves on the Board of James Madison Innovations, Inc and is a frequent speaker and moderator for organizations including the Association of University Technology Managers and Technology Transfer Tactics.

Gerard is dedicated to enabling more effective commercialization of university inventions through the creation of professionally managed and funded startup companies. He has been working in the technology transfer community for more than a decade and is a passionate supporter of technology transfer venture creation.

Entrepreneur, strategic advisor and attorney with proven business and legal experience in technology commercialization, start-ups, strategic business planning, funding, licensing, business development, strategic partnerships, quality and regulatory systems.

David Grossman

IP Attorney

David Grossman, Attorney-at-Law, is registered to practice in DC and before the USPTO. David is an accomplished patent attorney, inventor, entrepreneur and technology transfer professional. David operates PatentServices.com, and provides IP services for InnovateTech and its portfolio companies.

Ann Marie Dasher

Senior Analyst

Ann Marie scouts and researches new technologies. Her expertise in locating viable technologies leads to new and exciting portfolio companies for InnovateTech Ventures.

Kathy Welt

Director Startup Services

Kathy supports the development of InnovateTech Ventures portfolio companies. Each startup company is formed and established with her guidance. She offers support to the companies to become successful.

Rochelle Dallons

Director of Accounting

Rochelle helps InnovateTech Ventures take care of all the numbers, banking, and payroll services for each startup company. She received a BS in Accounting and Finance at George Mason University.

Jodi Carey

Bookkeeper

Jodi takes care of all bookkeeping and financial reporting. She received a BS in business with a focus on accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
